Avocado Milkshake?

I'm one of those people that has no problem trying new things. So when my husband, who is not a fan of avocados, came back from Mexico saying that I had to try an avocado milkshake, I needed to check this out. I first tried out an avocado milkshake at Fat Straws Bubble Tea. No, it doesn't taste like guacamole. Avocados can actually replace butter in many recipes. They're really rich and creamy. Great compliments to add with the avocado milkshake are bananas or mangoes. I tried it, and it was unbelievable, and now I make it at home. You have to take like a few sips to grasp the concept. It's a healthy, nutrition packed, delicious dessert!

The easiest recipe on Earth:
Avocado MilkShake
1 Avocado
1/2 Banana or 1 Manila Mango (you can use any mango, I'm just bias)
2 Tbsp Agave Nectar
1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 Cup of Ice
Put everything in a blender and blend. Voila!
I put together an outfit that was inspired by an Avocado!

  1. I tried to make one last year when you insisted it was delicious but I just wasn't a fan. BUT I didn't add banana, I am positive it makes a huge difference in taste. I'll try the avocado smoothie again but adding a yummy banana. :-)
