27 Weeks

Father's Day marked my 27th week.

My favorite Maxi Dress- $14.88 @WalMart

My parents were in town, so I wanted them to experience something that they've never experienced before- a 3D/4D sonogram! These types of pictures usually kinds freak me out, but instead of looking like a smashed alien, I saw a clone of my husband.

Maternity Pics

While we were in Scottsdale celebrating our 5 year Anniversary at Firesky Resort & Spa, our favorite photographer did a maternity photo sesh for us! Scott Shore has been our photographer since the day we were married, and we're SO incredibly blessed that he was available to do last minute pictures for us a week and a half ago. This guy is Incredible! He doesn't even use Photoshop because he's just that good. He resides in the Phoenix area, however, I have seen him make several visits to Cali and Vegas to photograph weddings, families, events etc. And he'll fly too! 26 Weeks

At 26 weeks, Baby Luciana hiked two mountains in AZ! We went to Scottsdale to celebrate our 5yr anniversary at the resort we got married at. It was a short trip, but we had a great time! More pics to come (we had maternity pics done) :)

I got this T-shirt dress while in AZ at H&M. It was $12.95 and can be viewed here. It came with a tie that matches the shirt, but I wanted something a little different. So I used a creme rope looking belt from another dress.

Every guy's favorite topic:

Boobs

I know that every woman is different. But for me, when I first got pregnant, my boobs grew quickly and hurt a lot. Now that I'm in my 3rd trimester, they really don't hurt, but they're HUGE! After this experience, I've convinced myself that I will NEVER get a boob-job, EVER! They're so huge that I'm afraid that I might get a black eye while working out! And I've noticed that if my boobs weren't so big, I would look skinnier in pictures (just an observation).

The worst advice I've ever been given- "Don't spend money on bras while pregnant." Are you crazy? These things need the best support that one can get so that you can function somewhat close to normal. So what if it costs $40-$50 for your favorite, comfy VS Bra. Comfort is something that most pregnant women will pay premiums for! My favorite pre-pregnant and during pregnant bra: Click here. Definitely not glamorous, but very comfortable.

I want my small boobs back... :(

25 Weeks

I'm finally caught up! Here are the latest pics:

Pretty sure my uterus is the size of a Super-large soccer ball! :) For those who don't follow sports, BFlo is wearing a Mexico shirt because they played Brazil this past wkend and WON! Woohoo! Viva Mexico!

As for the dress- this is one of those dresses that's a little shorter in front and long in the back. Got it at Nordstrom Rack for $20. I'm so happy for dresses! Being pregnant in the summer is well worth enduring the heat just so that I can purchase dresses that are still a size small. I know I'll be able to wear them after the baby and they'll still look cute and non-pregnant like.

Here's some of my work fashion for the week-

I totally wasn't sure about this dress at all. So I sent a pic to my mom while trying it on in the dressing room. I thought it might be too bright, wild and crazy. She said to get it. I actually quite like this $8.99 Ross dress- in fact, I might even change that like to a love. I received lots of compliments, so I guess it's pretty cute :) Thanks Mom!

And yet another Ross dress. This is a wrap dress- so comfortable and $14.99! The white underneath is a cami bra that I wore instead of an actual tank. I love those little bras from WalMart, bc it gives the look of a tank without the extra bulk. Even though tanks are not bulky, any extra material on my body while pregnant makes me feel like I'm that much bigger. Less is more.

Ross- can I be your spokes person?!

24 Weeks

Another Ross find makes it's debut within week 24 of my pregnancy :) This lovely PiNK maxi dress was... drum roll please... a whole $7.99!!! What? $7.99 are you outta your mind?!

I feel like I look a little cow-ish, but apparently it's just an illusion of pregnancy dysmorphia. Week 24 was a great week (it was last week- my posts are behind, sorry). We did 100 burpees in a row in Boxing Bootcamp. I slacked a little and probably did more like 91, but who's counting... As long as I'm surpassing those weenies around me, I feel great! Haha! ;)

Two Things

1. I bought Baby Luciana 90 hangers for her closet. I'm fairly confident in saying that 90 is probably not enough, sad but true. Ay Caray! I know- it's crazy, but she's gonna be my little fashionista. We can't help it. I bought this closet set online today at WalMart.com-

Comes with:

• 30 slim-design, flocked-velvet hangers
• 12 closet dividers to organize and divide clothes
• 6-shelf organizer hangs in closet for easy-access storage space
• 3 small storage bins for holding small items
• 2 large storage bins for storing larger items

Not bad for $29! I also got 2 sets of these Hot PiNK polka dotted velvet hangers for $13 per set:

2. BFlo and I have a new favorite dessert that is very healthy- I found the recipe on Pinterest! It's called Single Ingredient Ice Cream and here's the recipe-> Click Here! I used natural PB and a small spoon of dark chocolate cocoa powder. I think it would also so be awesome with Strawberries instead of the PB and Chocolate. Go check it out- all it's made out of is frozen bananas pretty much. How cool is that?
